Full-time English Pastor

• Full-time position

• Master of Divinity degree

• 5+ years experience in pastoring

• Must be able to identify with and accept the goals and practices of the Christian and Missionary Alliance.

• Participate in Governing Board meeting, team work and partnership to the senior pastor

• Lead and develop the English speaking ministry

• Have a good understanding of American and Chinese cultures

• Major responsibilities include preaching, teaching, leading, counseling and equipping

• Speaks fluent English, working knowledge in Mandarin is a plus
