Plano Chinese Alliance Church – Lead / Senior Pastor
About Plano Chinese Alliance Church
Plano Chinese Alliance Church (“PCAC”) is a Christian and Missionary Alliance (“C&MA”) ministry located in
Plano, Texas. In response to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ, our mission is “We are to be a
Christ-centered, Acts 1:8 family”, i.e., we will be his witnesses locally, globally, and to the ends of the earth. Our
church vision is to “Practice Christ-like Attitude and Character (‘PCAC’) by executing the following strategies:
Praise and pray, Care and connect, Abide and align, Commit and coach (‘PCAC’).” We desire to introduce people
to Jesus, to see them flourish spiritually, and to see them mature in the faith by God’s power and for His glory.
Our church has two language ministries, Mandarin and English, currently led by a Transitional Senior Pastor and
an Assistant Chinese Pastor. The Mandarin worship service usually has ~90 regular attendees. Most
Mandarin-speaking brothers and sisters are first-generation immigrants from mainland China, Taiwan, SE Asia,
etc. The English Ministry consists of children (~30), youth (~12), and adults/professionals (~30), most of whom
have grown up in and relate well to American culture. The church has about 80 active members who are faithfully
serving and worshipping. We welcome people of all races and ethnicities.
Plano is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and boasts one of the nation’s safest environments
and best school systems. Many people continue to move into this city, though not all have heard a clear
presentation of the gospel. Further details about the church can be obtained upon request.
